Dipy

Dipy is an Israeli UGC marketplace connecting brand owners with content creators. Brands post orders for videos, photos, or graphics, and vetted creators apply, produce, and deliver in exchange for payment. The platform serves brand owners, creators, and admins across desktop and mobile.

Challenge

Existing UGC tools were too generic or forced brands to manage creators across fragmented systems for discovery, quality control, revisions, payments, and compliance. Creators had no reliable place to find work and track earnings. The client needed one platform for the full lifecycle in Hebrew and English, on any device.

Solution

We built Dipy on Bubble with three portals (Brand Owner, Content Creator, Admin) tailored for desktop and mobile. Brands create orders, creators apply or get invited, content moves through approval, and payments handle VAT, discount codes, and partial credits. A proprietary AI semantic search surfaces the most relevant creators, with push notifications, in-app messaging, WhatsApp, and email keeping everyone in sync.

A native-feeling mobile interface at 420px width with bottom-tab navigation. Creators browse and filter open orders, apply with their pricing, then handle everything from their phone: uploads, revisions, payments, and chat. A personalised AI panel ranks the most relevant projects, and level progression unlocks higher-value work.

Brand Owner Desktop

The command centre of the platform. Owners create orders with detailed specs, browse a searchable creator database, and send direct invitations alongside organic applications. Each order flows through one dashboard from submission to payout. Multi-brand support, team management, coupon codes, and a credit wallet are built in.

A touch-optimised version of the desktop workflows. Owners can create orders, review content, manage payments (including partial payments combining credits and card), and message creators on the go.

Admin

Full visibility and control for the Dipy ops team. Admins run the creator approval pipeline, oversee orders, handle payouts, and configure global settings like service charges and revision allowances. An all-messages panel lets the team monitor any brand-creator conversation.

AI Semantic Search

Matches creators to orders by language, interests, and characteristics for brands, and ranks open orders by relevance for creators. AI-generated commentary on each application helps owners assess fit before selecting.

The Result

Dipy launched as a production-grade marketplace covering the full UGC workflow with no third-party tools. It handles hundreds of concurrent orders, with approvals and payments largely automated via reminders, auto-approvals, and notifications across in-app, email, and WhatsApp. Brand owners cut time-to-selection through direct invites and AI matching, while admins run the whole marketplace from one control panel.
