LendAbroad is a technology-driven cross-border mortgage platform helping international investors secure property financing across global markets. The platform simplifies complex international mortgage processes by combining expert advisory services with a centralized digital experience. By offering transparent guidance, structured workflows, and coordinated servicing support, LendAbroad enables global investors to confidently secure tailored mortgage solutions without navigating fragmented systems or disconnected intermediaries.
Challenge
As LendAbroad expanded across countries and partners, operations became fragmented. Documents were scattered, mortgage tracking lacked visibility, and manual assignments slowed processes. Clients had limited transparency, and scaling risked inefficiency and errors. The company needed a centralized, structured digital infrastructure to support growth while maintaining operational efficiency and clarity.
Solution
LendAbroad partnered with CloseFuture to build a scalable web platform connecting clients, service partners, and admins in one secure ecosystem. The solution included structured onboarding, centralized document management, smart provider assignment, real-time communication, and automated alerts. Built on Bubble, the platform enables rapid iteration, secure data handling, and future-ready scalability.

Structured Document Management System
Built a structured upload and review workflow where clients submit required documents directly within the platform. Service providers can approve, request revisions, or leave inline comments on each document. Real-time Slack notifications ensure no submission goes unreviewed, while automatic status tracking eliminates manual follow-up.
Service Provider Request & Assignment Engine
Implemented a request system that allows users to apply for services such as brokers, lawyers, insurance agents, property managers, or translators. Once a request is submitted, the admin receives an email notification and can assign the appropriate service provider to the user through the admin panel, ensuring fast and organized coordination.
Unified Communication Layer
Developed an in-app messaging system connecting clients and assigned service providers in one secure environment. The chat includes document sharing capabilities and triggers email notifications, eliminating scattered communication across email, WhatsApp, and messaging apps while maintaining a complete audit trail.
The Result
The platform transformed LendAbroad from a coordinated advisory service into a scalable technology business capable of serving hundreds of international investors simultaneously. From an operational standpoint, all client interactions, document flows, and service provider coordination now happen in one centralized system across UK and Israeli markets. Streamlined workflows and lender-ready document packaging have enabled a 2-week Mortgage in Principle delivery, compared to the industry standard of 4–6 weeks. Structured assignment and communication tools allow LendAbroad to coordinate 200+ lender relationships and dozens of service partners without operational bottlenecks, while real-time application visibility, integrated communication, and self-service tools deliver the transparency international investors expect from a modern fintech platform.
