Galaxy Move
GalaxyMove is an interactive mobile platform that connects creators and fans through personalized media, gamified tasks, and community engagement. Users can post in community, complete tasks to earn points, redeem gifts or coupons, and chat with admins—all within a unified experience. The platform also features a role-based admin system, ensuring smooth and secure platform operations.
Challenge
Before GalaxyMove, no platform effectively connected creators with fans or managed engagement and rewards at scale. Existing tools lacked interactivity, personalization, and scalability, making it hard for brands like Samsung to build strong fan relationships.
Solution
To address this, GalaxyMove was developed as a mobile-first, interactive platform with media, gamification, and smart engagement tools. A role-based admin system enabled scalable, secure content and campaign management, giving Super Admins full control and Community Managers limited permissions for efficient operations.
Development
Gamified Task System
Users can complete tasks and answer questions to earn points within the app. These points can be redeemed for gifts or exclusive coupons, making engagement both fun and rewarding.
Community Interaction & Leaderboard
Users can share posts, chat directly with admins, and stay active in the community. A real-time leaderboard encourages participation by showcasing top contributors.
Role-Based Admin Control
Super Admins have full access to all platform tools, while Community Managers operate with customized permissions. This ensures secure, scalable, and efficient platform management.
The Result
